1:48 Santa's Christmas & Cookie Shop 2008
Constructed from the Doodlebug House pattern, given to Grace for Christmas in 2007 by Gerry Schipper. The house has paper stone pattern exterior walls, with simulated galvanized steel roof. The "overweight" Santa who is spilling his milk and cookies was made by Jan Stockwell. The shop serves cookies and pastry in the first floor. Patrons can buy more pastries and cookies and Christmas decorations on the second floor. They can also sit and rest from all that shopping. On the third floor, they can buy their already decorated tree, or a fresh one ready to decorate. The snow covered yard is decorated with Santa and reindeer, a Nativity scene and snowmen.

The Interior!

First floor, dining area with "overweight" Santa, his chair breaking as
his milk and cookies spill!

The second floor. Sofa and chairs to rest your tired feet from all your Christmas shopping. You can buy cakes, or cookies to take home, or yard ornaments,
or other decorations.

And finally, the third floor where you can buy your Christmas tree of any
 size or type, boxes of ornaments and other Christmas tree decorations.
Santa even had tiny trees for the wall!
