1:144 scale Bonsai Banyan Tree
I made this little Banyan Tree based on a kit by Earthscapes by Heath, Naturally!
While I didn't follow the kit exactly, and used my own method of making the tree frame and bark, I did base the tree on Marilyn Lauffer's large Banyan Tree which
can be seen at the link above.

Goldie Locks and the Three Bears - and an Owl (1:144 scale)
Several years ago, Linda Masters carved me a tiny teddy bear and a tiny owl. I always wanted to make a home for them but never thought of something that would be right for them. Then in the past year, 2009, I got a couple of Ginny Wren's tiny bears in swaps. Finally in the MicroMini Convention swap, I got a tiny house. I forget who made the house, but finally I had a home for the tiny bears and owl. I had made the little garden fairy for the MM convention swaps so now she has a home too... she has become Goldie Locks. After all... how many kids do you know wondering around in the woods looking for bears? More likely it would be a little fairy. Thus... this rustic little scene.

Sunny Casa 1:144 scale 2009
Kit by Karen Benson
I love SW and when I saw the new SW kit by Karen Benson, I just had to have it! It went together easily and was fun to do.

2009 MicroMini (1:144 scale) Convention Souvenir
Kit by Steve Davis
This was one of the most difficult kits I've ever done. However, Steve was great about getting us new parts, explaining how to do things and just being a great guy. It was worth all the work.

2008 Christmas Nativity - Quarter Scale
Made from small Christmas tree ornaments.

144 Scale Garfield that I built for a customer. She wanted the house unfurnished and un-papered except for her "daughter's room."  I scaled down the paper she had picked for that room. Starting with a front corner view, and working around the house back to the front side view of the little house. I used 220 girt black sandpaper, painted dark grey  for the roofing shingles. 8/2008
